Get moving with these mommy-and-me moves!

I love to exercise, but trying to go to the gym when you have a little one is not always a reliable source for me.  Instead, I can get a work out in during the day while also spending time with Braeden and making it fun for the both of us.  In addition to strolling around (walking or jogging) for cardio, I also like to do these mommy and me moves (2-3 times/week) to try and tone this mama body :) Here is our routine...
